I just really wanted cake....so I made it myself...Love Always, Cake is my excuse to eat cake when I want, and let others enjoy it with me!
Love Always, Cake. popped up on your radar in November, 2023 but I’ve been baking way before that. The name was described as a love letter from cake and that’s exactly it! Something you open, close your eyes and enjoy. No heartbreak over here!
Why cake? Why not? Yes, I am an Educational Psychologist by profession, hence the “psychologist by day, minimalist baker when out-of-office” explanation. Having the opportunity to do both is a blessing and I am enjoying the journey. My students love my cake too…just saying!
What makes my cakes stand out? The ingredients. I use the best ingredients in my cake. My supermarket bill can attest to that! I like what I like and you can tell when you taste it.
